Application value of project nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction in patients with chronic hepatitis B
Objective To investigate the application value of project nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B who received treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the difference of intervention methods, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given project nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention. The level of liver function, psychological resilience, stress perception level, medical compliance behavior and quality of life were compared between two groups before and after intervention. Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the levels of total bilirubin(TBiL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period. The scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ),and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The above indicators of both groups improved compared to the previous time node(all P<0.05).The compliance rates of medication adherence, smoking cessation and drinking limitation, and regular follow-up in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Project nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction can improve the liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B,relieve their perceived stress levels, improve the psychological resilience and quality of life, and have a higher compliance rate with medical advice.
