Effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with modified emetic induction method on emergency treatment of drug poisoning in patients with schizophrenia
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with modified emetic induction method on emergency treatment of drug poisoning in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The data of 86 schizophrenic patients with drug poisoning admitted to the Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(conventional nursing,43 cases)and an observation group(traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with modified emetic induction method,43 cases).The compliance,psychological status,mental state,behavior disorder and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 7 and 14 days of nursing,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05),and the above scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing(all P＜0.05).The scores of Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation and Short Form-36 Health Survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05),and the above scores in both groups were higher than those before nursing(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with modified emetic induction method can improve the compliance and quality of life of schizophrenic patients with drug poisoning,and improve their psychological status,mental state and behavior disorder.
