摘要
目的 探讨共情护理结合穴位贴敷对帕金森病伴发焦虑患者焦虑症状的改善效果.方法 选择南京脑科医院收治的300例帕金森病伴发焦虑患者为研究对象,其入组时间为2020年1月至2023年6月,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施共情护理联合穴位贴敷.比较2组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)、统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)、自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AUT)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及嗜睡量表(ESS)评分,以及不良反应发生情况.结果 干预7d和15 d后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD-24、UPDRS、SCOPA-AUT、PSQI和ESS评分相比于同期对照组均更低(P均＜0.05),且相比于干预前均降低(P均＜0.05);对照组的上述评分也均低于干预前(P均＜0.05).干预15 d后,在对2组的不良反应总发生率进行比较后发现,观察组更低(P＜0.05).结论 共情护理结合穴位贴敷可改善帕金森病伴发焦虑患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及睡眠质量,促进其病情和自主神经功能好转,且不良反应少.
Abstract
Objective To explore the improvement effect of empathy nursing combined with acupoint application on anxiety symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by anxiety.Methods A total of 300 patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by anxiety admitted to Nanjing Brain Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and their enrollment period was from January 2020 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received empathy nursing combined with acupoint application.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24),Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),the Scale for Outcomes in Parkinson's disease for Autonomic Symptoms(SCOPA-AUT),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)were compared between the two groups,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After 7 and 15 days of intervention,the HAMA,HAMD-24,UPDRS,SCOPA-AUT,PSQI,and ESS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05),and decreased compared to before intervention(all P＜0.05).The above scores of the control group were also lower than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After 15 days of intervention,after comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,it was found that the observation group had a lower incidence(P＜0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing combined with acupoint application can improve the anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by anxiety,promote the improvement of their condition and autonomic nervous function,and have fewer adverse reactions.
