Effect of progressive personalized nursing on the recovery of non-specific low back pain patients
Objective To analyze the effect of progressive personalized nursing on the compliance of low back muscle functional training and recovery in patients with non-specific low back pain. Methods A total of 102 non-specific low back pain patients admitted to Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled. They were divided into an observation group(51 cases)and a control group(51 cases)using the random envelope method. Both groups received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group additionally received progressive personalized nursing. The changes in the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Society(M-JOA)scores were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 1 and 3 months of intervention, and the changes in training compliance of the two groups were evaluated after 1 week,1 month, and 3 months of intervention. Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention, the ODI,VAS,and M-JOA scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the ODI,VAS,and M-JOA scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group after 1 and 3 months of intervention(both P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive personalized nursing combined with routine rehabilitation treatment can improve the training compliance of patients with non-specific low back pain, improve the dysfunction, relieve the pain, and promote the recovery of low back muscle function.
