Application of blood pressure control combined with stepped care in postoperative nursing of cerebral aneurysm after interventional therapy
Objective To analyze the application effect of blood pressure control combined with stepped care in postoperative nursing of cerebral aneurysm after interventional therapy. Methods A total of 126 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(63 cases)using the random envelope method. Both groups received interventional therapy for cerebral aneurysm and blood pressure control intervention, while the observation group received stepped care additionally. The incidence of complications, recovery situation at discharge, and changes in blood pressure and coping style before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery situation of the observation group at discharge was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of both groups decreased compared to before intervention. The observation group had lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure than the control group after 7 days of intervention, with statistical differences(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the scores of appeasement, avoidance, destiny, and self-reliance in both groups decreased compared to before intervention, while the scores of optimism, facing, seeking support, and emotional release increased compared to before intervention. The above scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combining stepped care with blood pressure control can help reduce the incidence of complications after interventional surgery for cerebral aneurysm, improve the prognosis of patients, and effectively control blood pressure while increasing patients'motivation to cope with the disease.
