Application value of preventive nursing strategies in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy
Objective To explore the implementation effect of preventive nursing strategies in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy undergoing cesarean section. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who underwent cesarean section and were transferred to the internal medicine intensive care unit at Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Ninety patients were selected to implement routine nursing methods and preventive nursing strategies. In this study, different nursing methods were used for grouping.Forty-six patients who received routine nursing methods were included in the control group, while forty-four patients who received preventive nursing strategies were included in the observation group. The postoperative blood pressure levels, incidence of complications, and surgical related indicators of the two groups were compared. Results At 3 days after surgery and discharge, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased compared to 6 hours after surgery(all P<0.05),and the blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had less vaginal bleeding within 24 hours, earlier mobilization time, shorter hospitalization time, and a lower overall incidence of postoperative complications(all P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing strategies have a positive impact on the control of blood pressure levels and prevention of complications in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy after cesarean section, and also help promote early recovery.
