Application effect of structured psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing in patients undergoing whole cerebral angiography
Objective To explore the application effect of structured psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing in patients undergoing whole cerebral angiography.Methods From December 29,2020 to May 14,2021,eighty patients who underwent whole cerebral angiography at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.Forty patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing mode,while forty patients in the observation group were treated with structured psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing.The surgical duration,hospitalization cost,and hospital stay,as well as mental status before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter hospitalization and surgical time,and significantly lower hospitalization cost(all P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological and emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of both groups decreased compared to before nursing(all P<0.05).The incidence of various complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of both groups increased significantly compared to before nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion Structured psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing can significantly improve the mental status of patients undergoing whole cerebral angiography,enhance their comfort level,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten hospitalization time,accelerate the rehabilitation process,and reduce the economic burden of patients.
