Application of health education combined with focused solution model in patients with cerebral vascular malformation after minimally invasive intervention
Objective To explore the application effect of health education combined with focused solution model in patients with cerebral vascular malformation after minimally invasive intervention. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral vascular malformation who underwent minimally invasive interventional at Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2022 to July 2023 were included. All patients were allocated into a control group and an observation group, each with 45 patients. The control group adopted routine intervention, while the observation group additionally adopted health education combined with nursing of focused solution model. The blood flow velocity, neurological function, activities of daily living, negative emotions, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 1 month after surgery, the blood flow velocity of internal carotid artery, common carotid artery, and vertebral artery in the observation group was greater than that in the control group. The activities of daily living score was higher than that in the control group. The neurological function score and negative emotion score were lower than those in the control group ( all P<0.05 ).The above conditions in both groups were better than those before surgery ( all P<0.05 ).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Health education combined with focused solution model is effective in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral vascular malformation after minimally invasive intervention, which is conducive to improving the neurological function and activities of daily living, alleviating the negative emotions, reducing the incidence of complications, and promoting the recovery of cerebral vascular blood flow.
