Effect of feedforward control nursing model combined with rehabilitation training on the prognosis of patients with meniscus injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of feedforward control nursing model combined with rehabilitation training on patients with meniscus injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery. Methods Ninety patients with meniscus injury admitted to Sanming First Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into a control group ( 45 cases) and an observation group (45 cases) using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing combined with rehabilitation training, while the observation group received feedforward control nursing model combined with rehabilitation training. The intervention lasted for 3 months. The recovery status of the two groups was compared. Results After 3 months of intervention, both groups showed an increase in the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale score,Marx Activity Rating Scale scores, and Fugl-Meyer Assessment score, and the Visual Analogue Scale score and Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia score decreased. In addition, the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale score and excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery in the observation group were superior to those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05 ).Conclusion The intervention of feedforward control nursing model combined with rehabilitation training can improve the knee joint function, range of motion, and motor function of patients with meniscus injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery, and reduce the pain and fear of physical activity.
