摘要
目的 探讨消肿散洗剂促进痔疮术后创面愈合的临床疗效.方法 选择80例行混合痔切除术的患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组术后给予常规护理及对症支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予消肿散洗剂外洗,2组均治疗1周.比较2组术后第3天、第5天的创面疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,术后第3天创面增生肉芽组织中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达水平,以及术后首次排便时间和住院天数.结果 研究组术后第3天、第5天的创面VAS评分低于对照组(P均＜0.05).研究组术后第3天创面增生肉芽组织中VEGF的表达水平高于对照组(P＜0.01).研究组术后首次排便时间和住院天数均短于对照组(P均＜0.05).结论 消肿散洗剂可减轻痔疮切除术后疼痛,增加创面肉芽组织中VEGF的表达水平,缩短术后首次排便时间和住院时间,从而有效促进创面愈合.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaozhong San lotion on promoting wound healing after hemorrhoids surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoidectomy were select-ed.They were randomly divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and symptomatic support treatment after surger-y,while the study group received external washing with Xiaozhong San lotion on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for one week.The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of wound pain on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days in the two groups were compared.The expression levels of vascular endothelial growth fac-tor(VEGF)in wound proliferative granulation tissue on the 3rd postoperative day were compared.The first postop-erative defecating time and hospitalization days were compared as well.Results The VAS scores of the study group on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days were lower than those of the control group(P all＜0.05).The expres-sion level of VEGF in the granulation tissue of wound proliferation in the study group on the 3rd day after surgery was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.01).The first postoperative defecating time and hospitalization days in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P all＜0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhong San lo-tion could alleviate postoperative pain in hemorrhoidectomy,increase the expression level of VEGF in granulation tissue of the wound,and shorten the first defecating time and hospitalization days after surgery,which effectively promote wound healing.
