Clinical Study on the Treatment of Central Precocious Puberty in Girls with Self-made Formula for Nourishing Yin and Reducing Fire Combined with Leuprorelin Acetate
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made formula for nourishing yin and reducing fire combined with leuprorelin acetate in the treatment of central precocious puberty in girls.Methods A total of 86 girls with central precocious puberty were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate,while the research group was treated with self-made formula for nourishing yin and reducing fire combined with leuprorelin ace-tate.After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate,ultrasound examination indicators such as uterine vol-ume,maximum follicle diameter,and ovarian volume,as well as serum sex hormone levels such as luteinizing hor-mone(LH),estradiol(E2),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was 90.70％,while the control group was 72.09％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The uterine volume,maximum follicle di-ameter and ovarian volume in both groups decreased compared to those before treatment(P all＜0.05),and the ul-trasound indicators mentioned above in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P all＜0.05).The serum levels of LH,E2,and FSH in both groups decreased compared to those before treatment(P all＜0.05),and the above serum sex hormone levels in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P all＜0.05).Conclusion The self-made formula for nourishing yin and reducing fire combined with leuprorelin acetate in the treatment of central precocious puberty in girls could significantly enhance the ther-apeutic effects,improve relevant ultrasound indicators,and effectively regulate sexual hormone levels.
