Model Construction and Empirical Study of"New Infrastructure"Impacting on Technological Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Industries
There objectively exist direct effects, intermediary effects, and spatial spillover effects between"new infrastructure"and the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries.Based on the industrial innovation theory and information resource theory, the authors construct the mechanism model of"new infrastructure"influencing the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries.Using panel data from 2006-2020 of 28 provinces in Chinese,we empirically examine the relationship and changes between"new infrastructure"and the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries. The results show that the"new infrastructure"positively influences the technological innovation efficiency of the high-tech industries, and the advanced industrial structure plays an intermediary role in the process of the impact of the"new infrastructure"on the technological innovation efficiency of the high-tech industries, the"new infrastructure"has positive spatial spillover effect on the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in adjacent areas.By tentatively constructing a mechanism model for the impact of"new infrastructure"on the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries and empirically testing it,this paper reveals the impact mechanism between the current"new infrastructure"and the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, and expands the application boundaries of industrial innovation theory and information resource theory to a certain extent. The research conclusion can provide theoretical basis for relevant government departments to formulate industrial development plans and enterprises to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries.
