Stable supply chain relationship is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the economy and high-quality development,and this paper examines the impact of supplier's corporate social responsibility(CSR)information disclosure on customer stability and its mechanism based on the perspective of supply chain relationship.The empirical results show that the quality of supplier's CSR-related information disclosure is significantly positive correlated with customer stability,and the impact is more pronounced in voluntary disclosures and private enterprise.The mechanism tests show that supplier's CSR information disclosure mainly enhances customer stability by improving a supper's information transparency and corporate governance.This paper expands the literature on the economic consequences of CSR information disclosure on supple chain relationship,and the conclusions have some important implications for suppliers to maintain customer stability.
