Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces is the requirement for solid and high-quality development,and is the only way to promote Chinese-style modernization.To accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,we need to accurately grasp the concept and new ideas of new quality productive forces.The main problems to be paid attention to in accelerating the development of new quality productivity include:how to achieve the organic combination of traditional productivity and new quality productivity;properly handling the relationship between production,university and research;handling the relationship between the market and the government;properly handling the relationship between short and medium term;based on the different basic conditions in different places;comprehensively deepening reform and opening up.The key to accelerating the development of new quality productive forces lies in scientific and technological innovation.This paper analyzes the fiscal power to accelerate the development of new quality productivity from three aspects:scientific and technological innovation from enterprises,talent policy and education development.
