On High-quality Propulsion Mechanism of Japanese Higher Vocational Education and Its Enlightenments
To pursue high quality of higher vocational education, Japan has established and improved several mechanisms: public and private schools funding and development mechanism, the guarantee systems of education quality, faculty quality and fund allocation, and the talent cultivation by enterprises, vocational schools and the government jointly. Lessons drawn from Japan vocational education and in accordance with the situation of China, this paper proposed to implement public-private dualistic development model, safeguard the quality of teaching and teachers, reasonably distribute financial capital for education, and promote the enterprises—schools-government cooperation, to construct high-quality propulsion mechanism for higher vocational education of China.
