人工智能赋能职业启蒙教育:技术逻辑与行动路径

基础教育阶段的职业启蒙教育是国家职业教育体系系统性构建的重要一环,形塑着学生的职业观、劳动观和价值观。职业世界正朝向智能化转变,但当前的职业启蒙教育范式难以追赶快速更迭的职业世界,致使职业启蒙教育普遍存在智能化程度不足、数据生态运作效能低、协同过滤推荐系统缺失、整体性治理系统观缺位等问题。人工智能具有赋能中小学职业启蒙教育的技术条件,可从构建职业启蒙教育整体智治格局、职业启蒙内容算法推荐、职业启蒙教育的制度设计、嵌入职业启蒙教育全过程、建制多源数据整合平台等维度,重塑符合智能时代发展需求的高质量职业启蒙教育体系。
The Technological Logicality and Implementation Paths of Artificial Intelligence Enabling Vocational Enlightenment Education
The vocational enlightenment education in the basic education stage is an important part of the systematic construction of the national vocational education system,which shapes the students'occupational outlook,labor outlook and values.At present,the real career world is moving towards intelligent transformation,and the rapid pace of changes in the career world makes it difficult to catch up with the current career enlightenment education paradigm,which generally has problems such as insufficient intelligence,low efficiency of data ecological operation,lack of collaborative filtering and recommendation system,and lack of holistic governance system concept.Artificial intelligence has the technical conditions to enable vocational enlightenment education in primary and secondary schools,and can reshape the high-quality vocational enlightenment education system that meets the development needs of the intelligent era from the aspects of vocational enlightenment content algorithm recommendation,vocational enlightenment education system design,integrated intelligent system governance framework embedded in the whole process of vocational enlightenment education and multi-source data integration platform.
