The Dynamic Logic of High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education——A Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on the"Double High Plan"Institutions
Based on the interpretation framework of complexity theory,this study uses fsQCA method to analyze the development path of 117"double high plan"colleges and universities.This research identifies four kinds of dynamic logic of high-quality development of higher vocational education:education-driven,government-driven,market-driven and three-dimensional driven.Through comprehensive analysis and comparison of four kinds of dynamic logic of high-quality development of higher vocational education,it is found that the dynamic logic of high-quality development of higher vocational education has the characteristics of complexity,regional heterogeneity and dynamism.According to the study,in order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education:firstly,construct a collaborative driving framework with education as the main driving force,market as the core driving force,and government as the guiding force;secondly,build a differentiated driving paths for the high-quality development of higher vocational education;lastly,establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the driving force structure of high-quality development in higher vocational education.
