Digital Transformation of Vocational College Teachers:Motivation,Meaning and Approach
The digital transformation of vocational college teachers stems from the urgent need for high-quality digital technology and skilled talents to support the construction of digital China.The restructuring of the ability structure of vocational education teachers helps to cultivate high-quality digital talents and reshape the digital ecosystem of vocational education,which forces the improvement of digital competence of vocational education teachers.On the basis of analyzing the essential transformation from information literacy to digital competence,it is proposed that the key core of digital transformation for vocational education teachers is digital competence,and the 3+3 framework for digital competence of vocational education teachers is constructed,which includes three dimensions:technology,cognition,ethics,application,deepening,and innovation.The development of digital competency for vocational college teachers is a complex and systematic project that requires top-level design and institutional guarantees at the macro level,ability certification and resource platforms at the meso level,and integration of training programs and curriculum systems at the micro level.
