"Practising by Evidence":Evidence-oriented Teacher Education Practice in Vocational Education
Vocational education teacher education practice is an important support to strengthen the construction of vocational education teachers.However,traditional vocational education teacher education practice needs to be innovated,and it needs to be guided by the concept of evidence-based practice,using relevant evidence-based construction system to guide the scientificization of vocational education teacher education practice and promote the high-quality development of vocational education teacher education.Evidence-based teacher education practice in vocational education is mainly composed of researchers who pursue"practical rationality",practitioners who advocate"interactional rationality",learners who agree with"reflective practice",and teachers who are not only interested in the practice of vocational education,but also in the practice of teacher education.The main body of the practice is composed of researchers who pursue"practical rationality",practitioners who advocate"communicative rationality",learners who agree with"reflective practice",and managers who build"action networks".The practice is carried out in accordance with the steps of"questioning according to facts","obtaining evidence according to law","applying according to evidence",and"feedback according to effectiveness".
