Modernization of Agricultural Vocational Education:Development Dilemma and Advanced Direction
The modernization of agricultural vocational education is a part of Chinese-style education modernization and agricultural modernization,which goes hand in hand with the modernization of agriculture and education,it is the link between Chinese-style agricultural modernization and Chinese-style educational modernization,and is also an important component of Chinese-style modernization.The modernization of Chinese-style agricultural vocational education is confronted with many practical dilemmas,such as the large scale of vocational education and the small scale of agricultural vocational education,the strong demand for talents for rural revitalization and the shortage of talents for agricultural vocational skills;the enrollment of non-agricultural majors is hot and that of agricultural majors is cold.Although there are many difficulties in the development of agricultural vocational education,the direction of the modernization of Chinese-style agricultural vocational education should be clear:expanding the scale of agricultural vocational education based on the concept of lifelong education;changing the contents of agricultural vocational education towards a shared vision of prosperity;innovating the system of agricultural vocational education and training for the harmonious development of two civilizations;demonstrating the mission of agricultural vocational education for sustainable human development;build a new opening pattern of agricultural vocational education based on the"Belt and Road".
