As an important aspect of the connotation development of vocational colleges,the construction of specialty groups carries the important function of serving the development of regional industries.In view of the demand for the development of the regional industry of"Shanghai intangible cultural heritage cuisine + prepared dishes",adhering to the ideas of leading the goal of high-quality development,focusing on the characteristics of the specialty group and linking the dual groups of schools and enterprises.Shanghai College of Tourism has constructed synergistic development paths for the regional industrial clusters of"Shanghai intangible cultural heritage cuisine + prepared dishes":the specialty group is articulated with the industrial chain,and a matching group optimization and dynamic adjustment mechanism is established;the articulation of cultural education and enterprise brand transmission is articulated,and the integration of the value of the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage is promoted;the articulation of the curriculum system and the vocational standards is articulated,and the design of the modular progression-type co-construction structure;the teaching process is articulated with the production process,and the construction of a modularized structure is carried out;the school faculty is articulated with the enterprise faculty to collaborate in the formation of a complementary double-qualified teacher team;the dual-creation education is articulated with the technological innovation to hatch and cultivate an interactive science and technology innovation center;the social training is articulated with the industry's demand for training to cultivate a new guide for the pattern of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and creation;and the employment demand is articulated with the job setting to systematically plan for the ordering of talent training and assessment.
