A Study on the Construction of Blended"Golden Courses"in Vocational Education under the Background of Industry-education Integration——From the Perspective of Educational Ecology
The industry-education integration has given birth to a new ecology of blended vocational teaching.Curriculum development is the anchor point of vocational education personnel training.Under the background of industry-education integration, blended"golden courses"in vocational education should have five characteristics in three dimensions:ideological and political integration to guide the establishment of correct values;market orientation to emphasize the professional characteristics;combining theory with practice to focus on ability training;multi-dimensional interaction to promote students'intelligence development;accurate evaluation to optimize teaching management. From the perspective of educational ecology, the construction of blended"golden courses"in vocational education is mainly hindered by four predicaments:ecological imbalance, obvious"limiting factors",the"flowerpots effect"and the incomplete ecological chain.Regarding the above predicaments, five measures including improving the ecological system environment, balancing the ecological system structure, optimizing the"limiting factors"of the system, breaking the"flowerpots effect"barrier and following the ecological competition mechanism are proposed to better develop blended"golden courses"in vocational education.
