Research on Value-added Evaluation of Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Post Competency——Based on the Tracking Empirical Analysis of 12 Higher Vocational Colleges from 2018 to 2022
Value-added evaluation provides a new perspective of observation and solutions for improving the quality and efficiency of vocational education.By measuring the post competencies of students in e-commerce majors in 12 sample higher vocational colleges in China between 2018 and 2022 and calculating the value-added effect,it is concluded that,compared with outcome evaluation,the value-added evaluation ranking is more comprehensive,objective and intuitive to reflect the actual training efficiency of each higher vocational college.The value-added effect of higher vocational colleges by"double-high plan"is slightly higher than that of general local institutions;the value-added level of schools in southwest China is lower;the higher the proportion of double-qualified teachers,the higher the value-added effect of higher vocational colleges;the value-added effect of the"1+X"certificate system in pilot higher vocational colleges is higher;the higher the value-added effect of pilot schools implementing the"1+X"certificate system;higher vocational colleges with"marketing promotion"as the dominant specialty have greater value-added;teaching staff,"1+X"certificate system differences,post group differences and other factors have a significant impact on the value-added of students post competency.
