Generative Logic,Practical Challenges and Practical Approaches of Organizing Vocational and Technical Teacher Education in High-level Engineering Universities
The holding of vocational and technical teacher education by high-level engineering universities is an intrinsic requirement to highlight the characteristics of vocational and technical teacher education,a historical necessity to build a modern vocational education teacher training system,and a practical requirement to build a high-quality VET teacher team;but at the same time,it is also facing the real challenges of the weakened status of vocational and technical teacher education,the lack of organizational identity,and the dilemmas of integrating engineering education and teacher education.Therefore,in order to guide high-level engineering universities to organize vocational and technical teacher education,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of VET teachers and improve the attractiveness of vocational and technical teacher education,enhance the organizational identity and stimulate the enthusiasm of the main body to participate in it,grasp the characteristics of the era of trinity and explore the mode of talent cultivation,and build a network of talent cultivation through cooperation and participation of multiple main bodies,so as to push forward the construction of a modern vocational and technical teacher education system.
