The Logic and Paths of High-quality Development of County Vocational Education under the Embeddedness Theory
The high-quality development of county vocational education refers to improving the quality and level of vocational education at the county level through reform and innovation in order to meet the needs of county economic and social development and personal development.According to the analysis framework of"culture-politics-structure-cognitive embeddedness"of the embeddedness theory,the analysis framework of"value orientation-county culture-national strategy-county governance-social economy-individual development-essential cognition-representation cognition embeddedness"is further constructed,and the internal logic of high-quality development of county vocational education is put forward,which include cultural embeddedness,political embeddedness,structural embeddedness and cognitive embededness.From the above four aspects,it is concluded that its practice paths includes taking the cultural phenomenon in the county as the starting point to inject cultural deposits and kinetic energy into vocational education;optimize the county political practice as the focus to lead the conformal development of vocational education;take the reform and innovation of vocational education as the driving force to improve the adaptability of county vocational education;change the bias of county vocational education as a pain point to make up for social structural defects by joint efforts.
