生活为本:高职院校劳动教育的实践转向与经验嬗变——以T市J高职院校为例

劳动教育是全面发展教育的重要组成部分,通过对J高职院校的劳动教育实践的研究发现,该校立足双元制办学特色,坚持让学生深度参与,从职业生活、家庭生活和学习生活三个层面构建了以生活为本位的劳动教育实践路径。在实践中,初步形成了意识唤醒与行动自觉的自主机制、情感引发与责任联动的认同机制以及技能提升与个体成长的发展机制。这种具有生命力、可持续性推进和发展的劳动教育实践模式,有利于进一步发挥劳动教育的功能与价值。
Life-based:Practical Turn and Empirical Transmutation of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking J Higher Vocational College in T City as an Example
Labor education is an important part of education for all-round development.Through research on the labor education practice of J Higher Vocational College,it is found that it is based on the dual-system school-running characteristics,insists on in-depth participation of students,and constructs a life-oriented labor education practice path from the three aspects of professional life,family life and study life.In practice,it has initially formed the autonomous mechanism of consciousness awakening and action consciousness,the identification mechanism of emotion triggering and responsibility linkage,and the development mechanism of skill improvement and individual growth.This may become a kind of labor education practice mode with vitality,sustainable promotion and development in the future,which is conducive to further play the function and value of labor education.
