"岗课赛证"综合育人模式是融岗位、课程、比赛、证书四大要素于一体的职业教育育人新模式。以国际经济与贸易专业为例,基于协同理论和跨界整合理论,将创新创业教育元素融入"岗课赛证",构建出"岗课赛证创"综合育人模式。该模式的实践路径为:健全"岗课赛证创"协同机制;重构岗课融合教学内容;建设高水平结构化师资队伍;推进"研训创"真实项目教学;强化创新创业的引领作用;实施多元多维考核评价。
Exploration and Practice of the Comprehensive Education Model of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate-Creation"——Taking International Economics and Trade Major as an Example
The comprehensive education model of"post-course-competition-certificate"is a new vocational education model that integrates four elements.Taking the International Economics and Trade major as an example,based on the synergy theory and cross-border integration theory,the innovation and entrepreneurship education elements are integrated into the"post-course-competition-certificate",and a comprehensive education model of"post-course-competition-certificate-creation"is constructed.The practical paths of this model are improving the collaborative mechanism of"post-course-competition-certificate-creation",reconstructing the integration of post and course teaching content,building a high-level structured teaching staff,promoting real project teaching of"research,training and innovation",strengthening the leading role of innovation and entrepreneurship,and implementing multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation.
