摘要

以吉林工程技术师范学院工博产业学院为例,探索其产生的基本逻辑:幼儿教育快速发展对幼教师资供给提出更高要求;全面提高幼教师资培养质量面临诸多问题;协同育人是提升幼教师资培养质量的有效途径;开展产业学院协同育人模式建设具备良好的现实基础.该模式在建设主线上坚持"四项改革",在教学环境上坚持"三景交互",在教学模式上坚持"三维一体",在教师能力上坚持"双师型"以及在学生评价上坚持"数字赋能",其具体实践思路与方法为优化课程体系、深化培养改革、开展评价改进、实行共建共管.

Abstract

Taking the industrial college of Jilin Engineering Normal University as an example,the basic logic of the model is explored:the rapid development of early childhood education puts forward higher requirements for the supply of early childhood teachers,the comprehensive improvement of the quality of early childhood teachers'training faces a lot of problems;collaborative education is an effective way to improve the quality of early childhood teachers'training,and the construction of collaborative education model of the industrial colleges has a good foundation in reality.The model adheres to"four reforms"in the main line of construction,"three scenes of interaction"in the teaching environment,"three-dimensional integration"in the teaching mode,"double-qualified teacher"in the teacher's ability,and"digital empowerment"in student evaluation.The specific practical ideas and methods are optimizing the curriculum system,deepening the training reform,carrying out evaluation improvement,and implementing co-construction and co-management.
