Research on the Cultivation of Professional Awareness among Applied Undergraduate Students in the New Era
Professional awareness is the sum of professional elements such as professional ideals,professional ethics and professional behavior.Carrying out the cultivation of student professional awareness is conducive to improving their employability,promoting their smooth development after employment,enhancing the efficiency of enterprise human capital,and enhancing the effectiveness of talent cultivation reform.At present,the cultivation of professional awareness among applied undergraduate students is facing difficulties such as limited student cognition,insufficient attention from schools,insufficient teacher abilities and misplaced guidance from parents.The solution is to build a platform to enhance students'sense of professional identity,strengthen labels and enhance students'sense of professional pride,cultivate according to categories and empower students with the right to choose their talents,enhance abilities and give full play to the role of teachers in fostering morality and nurturing talents and transform awareness and effectively utilize the guiding function of parents.
