建设"中文+职业技能"国际推广基地是增强职业教育全球适应性的重要举措,也是国际中文教育突破发展瓶颈的创新路径,更是服务"一带一路"倡议的重要抓手.功能定位是基地实践的出发点和着力点."中文+职业技能"国际推广基地"1+N"功能定位是指基地应以培养"中文+"国际职业人才为核心功能,兼具语言与文化传播、国际化职教资源开发、国际化职教师资培育以及国际化职业汉语能力考核与职业等级鉴定等功能."中文+职业技能"国际推广基地的组织架构也要遵循"1+N"的模式特点,以人才培养部门为核心,同时建设国际化职教资源开发部门、国际化职教师资培育部门、国际化职业汉语能力考核与职业资格等级鉴定部门等.
Research on the Construction of International Promotion Base of"Chinese Language+Vocational Skills"Based on"1+N"Functional Orientation
The construction of international promotion bases for"Chinese language+vocational skills"is an important measure to enhance the global adaptability of vocational education,an innovative path to break through the bottleneck in the development of international Chinese language education,and an important hand to serve the"Belt and Road"initiative.Functional positioning is the starting point and focus of the base's practice.The"1+N"functional positioning of the international promotion base of"Chinese language+vocational skills"means that the base should take the cultivation of"Chinese language+"international vocational talents as its core function,as well as language and culture dissemination,development of international vocational education resources.The organizational structure of the"Chinese language+vocational skills"international promotion base should also follow the characteristics of the"1+N"model,with the talent cultivation department as the core,and at the same time,the departments of internationalized vocational education resource development,internationalized vocational education teacher training,internationalized vocational Chinese proficiency assessment and vocational qualification level appraisal should also be constructed.
