Construction of Evaluation Index System of"Four Principle"Good Teachers in Vocational Education in the Context of Chinese Modernization
In the strategic context of realizing Chinese modernization,vocational colleges should plan strategies for teacher construction in the new era and build a high-quality teacher team to promote high-quality development of vocational education.According to the principles of consistent objectives,objective quantification and independent indicators,and constructing the evaluation index system of"four principle"good teachers in the context of Chinese path to modernization,including 4 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators.Based on this,it is necessary to promote"internal learning"and"external motivation",to complement"management responsibility assessment"and"scientific research evaluation and motivation",to synchronize"grassroots organization restructuring"and"online center innovation"synchronize,to synchronize"policy implementation"and"tracking report",to assist vocational colleges to cultivate"four principle"good teachers and promote the construction of vocational education teachers.
