应用区块链技术赋能高等职业教育评价是深化新时代教育评价改革的新尝试.以"ASMI四步法"分析区块链赋能高等职业教育评价的价值,识别高等职业教育评价尚存在评价指标单一、评价参与主体单一、评价方式方法单一、评价结果公信力不足问题,利用区块链防篡改流动、可追溯使用、多方共识维护、去中心或多中心、透明开放、状态一致、强依赖密码学特点,以精准解决这些问题.由此,构建区块链赋能高等职业教育的"三全评价"路径:利用区块链结合大数据,实现"全方位评价";联盟链私有链结合,实现"全员评价";以区块链账本属性,实现"全程评价".
Blockchain-enabled Evaluation of Higher Vocational Education:Generation Logic,Value Implications and Accomplishment Approach
The application of blockchain technology to empower the evaluation of higher vocational education is a new attempt to deepen the education evaluation reform in the new era.The value of blockchain-enabled higher vocational education evaluation is analyzed by the"ASMI four-step method",which is to identify the problems of a single evaluation index,a single evaluation participant,a single evaluation method and a single evaluation method,and a lack of credibility of the evaluation results in the evaluation of higher vocational education,and to make use of the blockchain's anti-tampering flow,traceability,multi-party consensus maintenance,decentralized or multi-central,transparent and open,consistent status,and strong cryptographic dependence to precisely solve these problems.As a result,the blockchain-enabled"three-full evaluation"path of higher vocational education is constructed:the blockchain is combined with big data to realize"all-around evaluation";the alliance chain is combined with a private chain to realize"all people evaluation";the blockchain is with the attributes of the ledger to realize"full evaluation".
