The Construction of"Dual-qualified"Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-quality Development:Progress,Dilemma and Breakthrough Paths
The construction of"dual-qualified"teachers is the key for the high-quality development of vocational education.Through the policy review of"dual-qualified"teachers,it can be found that the policy pays more attention to the connotation and quality improvement of"dual-qualified"teachers.But there are still some problems,such as insufficient teacher training,bottlenecks in the improvement of in-service teachers'educational qualifications,and the poor path of highly skilled talents entering vocational colleges.To solve these problems,it is necessary to build an open vocational education teacher cultivating system,attract more applied technology universities to join the cultivating of vocational education teachers,open pathway for on-the-job education improvement and the introduction of highly skilled talents in enterprises to enter the vocational education teaching staff,and guarantee the sustainable development of the"dual-qualified"teachers through the integration of industry and education.
