Contingent Characteristics and Strategic Planning Priorities of the Development of Vocational Undergraduate Colleges:Based on the Conflict Theory Perspective of Educational Stratification
The conflict theory of education into layers has applicability for different social group organizations to find their development characteristics and contingent features and can provide strategic differentiated guidance for vocational undergraduate colleges.The contingent features of vocational undergraduate colleges'development from the perspective of conflict theory of educational stratification are reflected in three aspects:in comparing the differences of identity groups,it is necessary to clarify their characteristics;in facing the struggles of identity groups,it is necessary to grasp their strengths and weaknesses;and in shaping the group's identity culture,it is necessary to create vocational cultural values.The strategic planning of vocational undergraduate colleges under the perspective of conflict theory of educational stratification focuses on:anchoring the positioning of vocational and practical schooling in terms of strategic goals;adhering to the basic concept of selective excellence in terms of strategic actions;and building a campus brand culture to enhance the sense of identity in terms of strategic safeguards.
