当前,对职业教育现场工程师存在三种"误读",即"卓越计划"的翻版、"普通教育"的参照、"人才类型"的模糊。省思"误读",匠器禀赋、德艺兼备、勤勉拙诚、道技合一是职业教育现场工程师主要的价值蕴意。职业变化的复杂能力、产业变化的现实需求、人才培养的高级定位、工程职业的基因谱系,是对职业教育现场工程师的新判断,并基于此提出职业教育现场工程师的培养向度:民族性、国际性和历史性。
Explanation of the Essence of Field Engineer of Vocational Education
At present,there are three kinds of"misinterpretation"of vocational education field engineers,namely,the replica of"excellence program",the reference of"general education",and the ambiguity of"talent type".Reflecting on the"misinterpretation",the main values of field engineers in vocational education are the endowment of craftsmen,the ability of virtue and skill,diligence and sincerity,and the unity of principle and skill.Based on the complex ability of vocational change,the real demand of industrial change,the advanced positioning of talent training,and the genealogy of the engineering profession,it is a new judgment on vocational education field engineers,and based on this,it is proposed that the cultivation direction of vocational education field engineers are national,international and historical.
