Impropriety and Appropriateness:The Generation Logic of Moral Education Behavior of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Value Identity
The essential mission and historical task that higher vocational college should uphold is"building virtue and cultivating people".The core is to promote the identification and internalization of higher vocational college students'core values.With the help of the value identity of higher vocational students,moral behavior comes into being internally,and its generating mechanism focuses more on the internal generating logic of the law of moral education,which highlights the ontological meaning of moral education,it is playing the value concern of moral education and the significance appeal of higher vocational college students'development.The improper behaviors of the moral education behavior of the higher vocational college students,such as the suspense of value,the concealment of function,the deviation of process and the misconduct of behavior,lead to the risk of"Aphasia"in the moral education work,causes the student to appear the value identity crisis tendency.The generation of moral education behavior of higher vocational students needs appropriate strategies from four aspects:value restoration,function prominence,process cohesion and endogenous behavior.The moral education in higher vocational colleges has formed the scene of behavior generation with rational arrogation and obscurity,and established the context of moral education value identification and behavior generation orientation.
