Logic and Paths of Vocational Education Innovation Based on the Forging of New Quality Productive Forces
The new quality productive forces is a transformation of the human,material and technological factors and their relationships that are the fundamental driving force of social development,and it requires the concerted efforts of many parties to promote it.Vocational education,because of its natural proximity to industry,the carrier of productive forces,should play a significant role in the forging of new quality productive forces.The connotation and elements of vocational education innovation and the forging of new quality productive forces are sorted out,and it is found that there is a corresponding supply and demand relationship between vocational education innovation and the forging of new quality productive forces.Vocational education,through scientific and technological innovation,cultivates high-skilled and skilled laborers,innovates the mode of integration of industry and education and devotes itself to scientific and technological innovation,the leaping up of human capital and the transformation and upgrading of industry,so as to provide"high-quality"laborers for the forging of new quality productive forces.It provides a driving force for the forging of new quality productive forces in three aspects:"high-quality"workers,"new medium"labor materials and"new quality"labor objects.At present,there are still many factors that cause real difficulties in the innovative development of vocational education to drive the forging of new quality productive forces,and there is an urgent need to carry out the system optimization project,the talent cultivation project,and the industry-education integration and quality enhancement project,so as to improve the level of vocational education's innovation and service to the new quality productive forces.
