Effectiveness Evaluation of Vocational Education Informatization from the Perspective of Digital Transformation——An Empirical Study on Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province
Under the background of the digital transformation of vocational education and the development strategy of employment priority,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between education informatization and employment quality in vocational colleges.Based on the panel data analysis of 59 higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,it is found that education informatization is generally conducive to improving the quality of employment,but the specific impact of information infrastructure,educational resources and teaching applications is very different.The Sharpley value decomposition finds that as the investment in education informatization increases year by year,its contribution to the quality of employment continues to decline,and the problem of application inefficiency cannot be underestimated.In this regard,the digital transformation of vocational education should return to the origin of education development,take education development as the yardstick,and prudently promote the digital transformation of vocational education and the improvement of employment quality from the aspects of digital infrastructure,digital literacy of teachers and students,digital technology innovation application,investigation and evaluation research,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
