摘要

习近平总书记提出的"教育家精神"是指引教师队伍建设的重要方向.数字化转型背景下,职业教育教师面临着适应之困、负担之困、培训之困、实践之困四大困境.教育家精神为破解困境之局提供了重要指引.职业教育教师应充分汲取教育家精神的内涵,形成以信念精神提升适应力、以育人精神提升担当力、以勤学精神提升学习力、以仁爱精神提升胜任力的破解之道,从而助力职业教育数字化转型,培育更多符合国家发展需求的高素质技术技能人才.

Abstract

Under the background of digitalization transformation,vocational education teachers are facing the dilemma of adaptation,burden,training,and practice.The educator spirit provides important guidance for resolving the dilemma.Vocational education teachers should fully absorb the connotation of educator spirit and form a breakthrough strategy of improving adaptability with the spirit of belief,improving bearing capacity with the spirit of educating people,improving learning ability with the spirit of diligence in learning,and improving competence with the spirit of benevolence.This will help promote the digitalization transformation of vocational education and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of national development.
