The Formation and Internalization of Continuing Education Mechanism in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Foundational Guidance——Based on the Fieldwork in a Secondary Vocational School
The enrollment policy of secondary vocational schools provides space for vocational students to improve their academic performance, and also constructs an activity field guided by the enrollment rate.Through field investigations of case schools,it was found that vocational schools in this field of further education have designated training zones with optimized resources allocation, formed a set of standardized technologies that can be controlled for student learning behavior, shaped the habit of implementing refined management, and constructed a training mechanism based on the continuous improvement of student learning methods and the continuous correction of learning habits. This training mechanism reflects the learning effects through scores and the trust and dependence of students on the authority of teachers, making students identify and complete the transformation of training from external coercion to internal control, achieving the comeback of vocational school students from losers in the middle school entrance examination to college entrance examination.
