摘要

"8S"管理理念对于构建"1+X"老年照护实训教学管理模式的适切性,有助于营造良好实训环境、防止教学资源浪费、解决人员不足问题以及保证实训过程安全.按照"8S"管理理念要求,从整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、学习对"1+X"老年照护实训教学管理进行改革,形成了"8S"管理理念下的"1+X"老年照护实训教学管理模式.实践证明,该模式能够有效改善实训室环境、有效提高学生职业素养、有效节省实训物资耗材、有效拓展学生就业范围.

Abstract

The suitability of the"8S"management concept for building a"1+X"elderly care practical training teaching management model helps to create a good training environment,prevent waste of teaching resources,solve personnel shortages,and ensure the safety of the training process.According to the requirements of the"8S"management concept,the management of"1+X"elderly care training has been reformed from sorting,rectification,cleaning,literacy,safety,conservation,and learning,forming a"1+X"elderly care training management model under the"8S"management concept.Practice has proven that this model can effectively improve the training room environment,enhance students'professional literacy,save training materials and consumables,and expand the scope of student employment.
