职业教育数字化项目教学的内涵特征、价值指向与设计原则——基于活动理论视角的分析

数字化项目教学是数字化时代职业教育教学改革的重要举措。从内涵上而言,数字化项目教学是一种目标动态、内容再生、过程交互、评价多元的创新型教学活动。数字化项目教学的价值主要表现在三个方面:教学目标由"面向知识技能的掌握"转向"适应数字化的工作世界"、教学任务由"贴合教材内容"转向"契合产业发展"、教学形态由"系统封闭"转向"人机协同"。数字化项目教学活动设计时需要遵循以数字化任务为目标引领、以职业化情境为过程组织、以过程性评价为评价依据等原则。
Connotative Characteristics,Value Orientation and Design Principles of Digital Project Teaching in Vocational Education——Analysis Based on Activity Theory Perspective
Digital project teaching is an important initiative for the teaching reform of vocational education in the digital era.In terms of connotation,digital project teaching is an innovative teaching activity with dynamic goals,regenerative contents,interactive process and diversified evaluation.The value of digital project teaching is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:the teaching goal is shifted from"knowledge and skill mastery"to"adapting to the digitalized world of work",and the teaching task is shifted from"adapting to the contents of the textbook"to"adapting to the contents of the textbook".The goal of teaching has shifted from"knowledge and skill mastery"to"adapting to the digital work world",the teaching task has shifted from"adapting to the content of the textbook"to"adapting to the development of the industry",and the form of teaching has shifted from"systematic closure"to"human-computer collaboration".When designing digital project teaching activities,it is necessary to follow the principles of taking digital tasks as the goal leader,organizing the process with vocational situations,and taking process evaluation as the basis for evaluation to carry out teaching practice.
