Research on the Application of Experiential Teaching in Classroom Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges
Deepening education and teaching reform is an important lever and effective way for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation.As a new educational model or teaching method,experiential teaching has the characteristics of situational,proactive,differential,interactive,process oriented,and reflective.Its implementation includes reconstructing teaching objectives,conducting learning situation analysis,developing teaching resources,and setting up teaching processes.Taking the course of"Public Relations Practice"as an example,experimental methods were used to verify experiential teaching.The results showed that experiential teaching has significant advantages in improving learning and teaching effectiveness.At the same time,in response to the existing problems and shortcomings,it is proposed to enhance the professional teaching ability of teachers,fully consider the professional needs of students,strengthen the creation of real situational environments,improve corresponding teaching rules,strengthen teaching organization and guidance,and fully study teaching materials and other improvement strategies.
