Difficulties and Breakthroughs in the Introduction of Doctoral Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
The quality of teachers determines the quality and education level of higher vocational colleges.As the representative of high-level teachers,the introduction of doctoral teachers will inevitably become the key to the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.After taking X,Y and Z higher vocational colleges as cases,this study finds that the difficulties in the introduction of doctoral teachers in higher vocational colleges are mainly due to the cognitive biases of doctoral students and talent managers,the positive and negative influences of significant others,the tool orientation and objective orientation of introduction policies,and the stereotyping of doctoral groups and the social image of higher vocational education.Based on the above difficulties,the author puts forward the breakthrough path from the three aspects of the country,the college and the individual:the first is to establish the communication mode combining"self-shape"and"other-shape"to enhance the social image of higher vocational education;the second is to optimize the policy of talent introduction in higher vocational colleges and realize the match between the policy supply and the demand of doctoral teachers;the third is that each subject actively participate in precise training and deepen their understanding of the law of doctoral teachers in higher vocational colleges.
