Research on the Connotation Characteristics and Construction of Evaluation Index System of Eco-sustainable Development of Higher Vocational Education——Based on Data Analysis for Higher Vocational Education Quality Annual Report of Six Provinces in Central
The eco-sustainable development of higher vocational education emphasizes the organic integration of various elements in the higher vocational education system,which contains in four connotations,including people-orientation,harmony and symbiosis,ecological adaptation and sustainable development.The basic characteristics of eco-sustainable development of higher vocational education are identified in three major pillars,including system in structure level,bidirectional guarantee in target level and coordination in action level.According to carrying capacity-supporting capability-attractive capability-evolutional capability-developing capability model,the evaluation system of eco-sustainable development of higher vocational education is constructed in five major pillars,including environmental quality optimization,persistently enhancing of scale benefit,continuous optimization of resource structure,sufficient output value,and input vitality optimization of higher vocational education.Based on the annual quality report of higher vocational education in six provinces in central China,this article establishes the evaluation index system to discuss development situation of eco-sustainable development of higher vocational education,which provides theoretical foundation and practical direction for development evaluation research on eco-sustainable development of higher vocational education.
