摘要
《未来产业工人工匠精神培育路径与策略研究》一书认为,工匠精神培育是构建未来产业工人技能形成体系的思想基础,个体因素是工匠精神形成的激发力量,环境因素是工匠精神形成的支持力量,个体、环境与行为的互动是工匠精神内化的维持力量.职业教育助力工匠精神培育可围绕"匠心""匠行""匠品"等内容,通过专题教育、课程渗透、文化浸润、活动养成等路径开展实施.
Abstract
The book"Paths and Strategies for Cultivating the Craftsmanship Spirit of Future Industrial Workers"holds that the cultivation of craftsmanship is the ideological foundation for the construction of the skill formation system of future industrial workers,the individual factor is the stimulating force for the formation of craftsmanship,the environmental factor is the supportive force for the formation of craftsmanship,and the interaction between the individual,the environment and the behaviors is the sustaining force for the internalization of craftsmanship.Vocational education to help cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship can be centered on"craftsmanship ethics""craftsmanship behavior""craftsmanship personality"and other contents,through thematic education,curriculum penetration,cultural infiltration,activities formation and other paths to carry out the implementation.
