Floating and Reconstruction of Enterprises'Responsibility Behavior in Modern Apprenticeship
There are two reasons for the generation of responsibility:one is driven by internal needs,and the other is external social norms.The reason why enterprises have the responsibility in the training activities of modern apprenticeships,on the one hand,it forms the internal drive of demand for the enterprises'own skills;on the other hand,it is the external regulation of the essential attributes of modern apprenticeships on the subject of enterprises'responsibility.However,as one of the key subjects of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people,the enterprises have not yet highlighted its due role and function in the process of promoting the practice of modern apprenticeship,and the phenomenon of enterprises'responsibility floating occurs from time to time.Specifically,it is mainly characterized by four aspects:weak sense of enterprises'responsibility,different responsibility abilities,conflict of responsibility behavior and lack of responsibility guarantee.Therefore,in order to reconstruct the enterprises'responsibility behavior in the modern apprenticeship system,it is necessary to build a cooperative education mechanism and raise the awareness of enterprises'responsibility;establish a rights protection mechanism to enhance the ability of enterprises to perform their duties;construct an interest integration mechanism and standardize the enterprises'performance of responsibility;establish a social identity mechanism and improve the enterprises'responsibility system.
