On the Practical Teaching System in Industrial Colleges of Higher Vocational Colleges:Value Elucidation,Elements Validation and Practical Pathways
Building a practical teaching system can optimize the allocation of resources for vocational education practical teaching,coordinate the adaptability of students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities to career development,and promote the distinctive development of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges.Drawing on system theory,based on the principle of gradual progress,guided by organizational structure,with ability improvement as the foundation and diversity as the goal,a practical teaching system for higher vocational college industrial colleges has been constructed,consisting of four subsystems of driving system,leading system,supporting system and evaluation system,and seven elements of practical teaching concepts,practical teaching objectives,practical teaching courses,practical teaching processes,practical teaching management,practical teaching guarantees,and practical teaching evaluation.In the process of practice,talents cultivation standards should be taken as a reference to enhance the adaptability of the practical teaching system in the industrial college;taking problems as the guide and activating the driving force of the practical teaching system in the industrial college;based on the structure of job abilities,constructing the main branch of the practical teaching system of the industrial college;based on the principle of co-construction and sharing,broadening the practical scope of the practical teaching system in the industrial college.
