摘要
加强高职学生核心素养培育是提升人才培养质量的重要手段.运用NVivo软件对305名优秀高职学生案例文本质性分析发现,技术技能应用、积极生活态度、担当社会责任是优秀高职学生核心素养的共同特征.基于此,高职学生核心素养的培育策略为:深化劳动意识,贯通技术技能的提升通道;优化自我管理,生成个体成长的内生动力;细化责任担当,筑牢家国情怀的认同纽带;强化人文底蕴,夯实终身发展的文化精神.
Abstract
Strengthening the cultivation of core competencies among higher vocational college students is an important means to improve the quality of talent cultivation.The qualitative analysis of 305 excellent higher vocational college student cases texts using NVivo software found that the application of technical skills,positive attitude towards life,and taking on social responsibility are common characteristics of the core competencies of excellent higher vocational college students.The inspirations for cultivating core competencies of higher vocational college students are to deepen labor awareness and connect the channels for improving technical skills;optimize self-management and generate endogenous motivation for individual growth;refine the sense of responsibility and strengthen the bond of identification with patriotism;strengthen cultural heritage and solidify the cultural spirit of lifelong development.
