技术赋能高职教育OMO教学新样态:内涵、框架与推进策略

在教育信息化2。0时代,以大数据、人工智能、移动互联网等为代表的新型信息技术已成为支撑教学变革与创新的核心力量,探讨和实施高职教育OMO教学新样态,有利于促进高职教育教学方式和人才培养模式变革,促进人才培养质量提升。基于技术赋能的视角,在界定高职教育OMO教学新样态内涵的基础上,从技术统摄、模式特征和教学旨归三个维度构建了高职教育OMO教学新样态的系统框架。该框架的高职教育OMO教学新样态的推进策略为:深化行动共识,打造教学改革共同体;强化技术应用,创设教学实践新环境;优化共享机制,提升教学资源利用率。
Technology-enabled OMO Teaching Model for Higher Vocational Education:Connotation,Framework and Promotion Strategies
In the era of Education Informatization 2.0,new information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and mobile internet have become the core forces supporting teaching innovation and reform.Exploring and implementing the new mode of"OMO"teaching in higher vocational education is conducive to promoting changes in teaching methods and talent development models,thereby enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.From the perspective of technology-enabled,based on defining the essence of OMO teaching in higher vocational education,a systematic framework for OMO teaching is constructed across three dimensions:technological integration,model characteristics,and educational objectives.The strategic approaches to advancing this new OMO teaching mode in higher vocational education includes deepening consensus through collective action,establishing a community for teaching reform,enhancing technological applications to create new teaching environments,and optimizing sharing mechanism to improve the utilization of teaching resources.
